Quicktalk is very easy-to-use software that allows small businesses (e-commerce sites, agencies, startups, freelancers, etc.) to efficiently manage their customer calls without the need for a complicated and expensive telephone system.

It only takes a few minutes to activate a phone number for your company or website, configure a business phone system (welcome message, call distribution, etc.), and start receiving and making unlimited calls from your computer or mobile phone, without any installation.

Quicktalk also comes with all the necessary tools to efficiently track your company's calls, such as call logs or call recording, and allows you to receive notifications on Slack or Gmail.

What do I need to use Quicktalk?

To use Quicktalk, you only need a computer and an internet connection. You can also manage your calls from your personal mobile phone.

How much does Quicktalk cost?

Quicktalk offers a single pricing plan of €19 per month per company with no commitment, which includes 3 users who can receive and make unlimited calls with the company's number. You can add additional users beyond the initial 3 users for an additional cost of €10 per month per user.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, Quicktalk is commitment-free; you can cancel anytime without prior notice.

Are calls included in the offer?

Yes, all incoming and outgoing calls are included unlimitedly to 36 destinations, both fixed and mobile. There is no need to add credit to your account, and there will be no surprises in your bills.

Does the number I choose belong to me?

Yes, when you choose a number with Quicktalk, the number belongs to you in the same way as with a traditional operator like Bouygues or Orange. So, if you want to change your phone solution, you can take your number and transfer it to your new operator without any issues.
