In addition to these monitoring services, Pro and Pro+ team users can read voicemail transcriptions as emails to prioritize responses and follow-ups.

The Basic plan includes call forwarding and call transferring. Agents can also include supervisors in ongoing conversations and convert regular calls to conference calls. Email notifications for voicemails keep them from being missed. Supervisors also have the ability to read call log reports and moderate incoming and outgoing calls.
Along with all the Basic plan features, Plus plan subscribers can access transcribed voicemail messages from their email inboxes. This makes it easier to prioritize follow-ups.
