Businesses with up to 20 users can subscribe to the RingCentral Core plan. This plan is priced at $30 per user per month and includes unlimited calling within the USA and Canada as well as call log reports, phone system administration and other features.

This includes reports on call logs, call duration, number of calls made and received, etc. They can also monitor live calls. This feature is also available in the Premium plan.
