How do I call from a computer with Quicktalk?

You can call your company's Quicktalk number from your computer using Quicktalk.

Connect to the app.quicktalk.com application from any computer.

Prerequisite:

Make sure your computer has a sufficient internet connection
It is recommended that you use a headset and microphone other than the one built into your computer for improved call quality.

When you receive a call, a call notification appears in the bottom right corner of your Quicktalk page.

To answer the call, click the "Pick Up" button on the notification and begin speaking.

Click the dialer at the bottom right of the page to call a number or a contact directly.

To call back a customer directly from the call log (missed call, voice message), click on the call button present on each call log.
