Call monitoring services include listening to live calls, whispering to an agent, joining calls and taking them over. Supervisors can also access call recordings and voicemail transcriptions for later analysis and follow-ups.

Live call monitoring is a differentiating feature between Dialpad and Phone.com.

Call forwarding and call transfers are included in all Phone.com plans. Agents can redirect calls to other agents or supervisors or make calls into conference calls. To ensure that calls forwarded to voicemail aren't missed, agents get email notifications of the same. Team supervisors can also access call logs for productivity assessment and exercise moderator controls over all calls.

The Phone.com Plus plan also includes voicemail transcription in addition to the Basic plan features. These transcribed messages are available in email inboxes.

Along with all the features of the Basic and Plus plan, Pro plan subscribers get access to account-wide snapshots for all calls. These snapshots include details such as call duration and direction. Incoming call routing can be based on who the caller is and the time of the call. If required, calls can also be recorded.
